Measuring and reducing carbon emissions is the first step in the race to net zero and, given that business travel can account for up to 80% of an organisation’s carbon emissions, the time to put your travel programme on a sustainable footing is now. The good news is that you’ll quickly find champions for sustainability measures amongst your employees: A new SAP Concur report found that a quarter of business travellers would not consider travelling for business unless they were able to put sustainability at the core of their trip.
