Powerful resilience for mental wellbeing with Matthew Critchlow

This workshop is for women over 50, living or working in the boroughs of Westminster or RBKC.

Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life worth living. Its purpose is to identify practical things that people and institutions can use to move from surviving to thriving. In this workshop, we will introduce the PERMA model of wellbeing and the tried and tested techniques from positive psychology that are proven to boost optimism and wellbeing; these include ‘flow’ experiences, small acts of kindness and gratitude journaling.

Led by Matthew Critchlow, specialist in leadership development, employee wellbeing and techniques for enhancing human resilience.
